in Brown comes with Crucible Industries’ CPM 15V, a state-of-the-art particle
metallurgy tool steel that offers extraordinary wear resistance. Its remarkable
alloy composition includes almost 15 percent vanadium, which produces an
exceptionally high volume of vanadium carbides in its microstructure. In
industrial applications, this makes it a viable alternative to solid carbide in

their limited-edition Sprint Run knives. In addition to showcasing this elite
steel, the blades of these US-made models are further optimized by a
specialized heat-treating protocol developed by the renowned custom knife maker
Shawn Houston. This process is fine-tuned to achieve the absolute maximum
sharpness and edge retention from the steel. The knives in this family are
further distinguished by brown peel-ply-textured G-10, fiberglass-reinforced
co-polymer (FRCP), or fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) scales and Shawn Houston’s ‘Triple B’ logo laser engraved on
the reverse side of the blades. This limited-edition knife features a
reversible deep-pocket wire Tip-Up clip for discreet tip-up carry on either
side of the body. The knife has a full-flat grind.

Return shipment fees on items valued over $50 are FREE and the label is provided by Smarttek. To return items valued $39.99 and under you may purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
